One month ago, I visited (after a month's worth or research on what vehicle I might want to trade for my old '86 420SEL) with the idea I might purchase a S550 M-B. After speaking briefly with David Carr, we rode the 750Li BMW that I later bought that day. David Carr will listen to you, ask pertinent questions and offer their inventory. No pressure sales. We did go back and forth on price, but, ultimately settled on a good buy for a 30,000 mile 2012 750Li BMW with sport package in pristine condition. Still had 4 months' warranty. EXPECT: Low mileage automobiles in PRISTINE condition. Pay more, yes. You'll be glad you did. The whole staff was courteous and accommodating. Bumpy start....strong finish At this dealership I found the perfect car at a reasonable price. The extended warranty is with a reputable company that my repair shop can work with At this dealership I found the perfect car at a reasonable price. The extended warranty is with a reputable company that my repair shop can work with and completely vouched for. David was very freindly, low pressure, salesman who made sure things went smoothly. They were able to get me a rate that was half of what I was approved for through my bank. And they even let me drive off the lot and submit my down payment a few days later. The buying process itself was great, fast and simple. The only complaint is that the quality and condition of the car out the door did not live up to the standards presented by the dealership. Had to make some signifigant, immediate repairs in order to get the car back to par in the first week of ownership. However, after bringing this up to David and management they personally took it upon themselves to make sure the repairs were not too much of burdon and got me back in the vhelical they promoted. Which they had zero obligation to do, but I have to think they stand by their reputation for quality cars and take that seriously. And when that falls short of their standards they are willing to make things right. Can't help but respect that, I'll be doing business with this company and David again in the future. More

The visit was pleasant, the negotiations were civil, and the lifetime powertrain warranty sealed the deal. This was a trade + check deal, so financing was not a factor. At no time, did anyone attempt to unnecessarily & illegally obtain our social security numbers, or any other unnecessary information. Again, a refreshing departure from other dealership experiences. While it's too early to tell if the vehicle we bought is in tip-top mechanical condition, cosmetically it is well above average. Overall, a great buying experience. More

Found this BMW online and gave the dealership a call. 1 Ring and I got the pleas I'm in Wisconsin and was looking for a very specific type of vehicle. Found this BMW online and gave the dealership a call. 1 Ring and I got the pleasure of speaking with Chelsea, a young salesperson who I bombarded with a lot of detailed and specific questions. She had most of the answers but even when she didn't she was able to transfer me to the right folks there that could answer my questions. Long story short we were able to come to a deal so I booked a flight and they picked me up from the airport, made it super easy and quick when I was there and drove it back to WI. Got to really see what that car was made of when I had the misfortune of a Tornado tailing me through Oklahoma. HA! More
