I was cruising around in a horrible little dilapidated '97 Saturn that finally kicked the bucket on a Friday. Horrified I thought I was out of luck. I'm not made of money and could not afford a monthly payment (or so I thought) at the time. So we went searching and we found a Honda Odyssey at Earth Motorcars that looked promising so we went to check it out. As soon as we arrived Michelle helped us by showing the car to us and immediately letting me take it for a spin. We fell in love with the van and she did everything she could to help us drive out of the lot with it that day. It was awesome. It turned a stressful mishap into a really great car buying experience. If I ever have the need or want to buy another vehicle this is the place I'll be going first! All my family and friends will be hearing this from me as well. More
Worse Than Typical Used Car Dealer I bought a 2008 Range Rover here. The first day I had it I got a check engine light. A couple of days later it started over heating. I took it to t I bought a 2008 Range Rover here. The first day I had it I got a check engine light. A couple of days later it started over heating. I took it to the dealership and explained what I thought could be the problem (exhaust gasses in the coolant system and asked them to look at it -- usually means BIG problems. I even asked them to test that.) They assured me that this was not the problem and said they put new coils on (which they didn't -- they just reset the trouble codes). Several trips to the repairs shop later, guess what? It was bad heads now I'm out of $3500 in repairs and the truck has been in the shop for nearly a month. More

Unheralded Customer Service/Best Used Car Buying Ever Where to start.? Okay first I have been buying used cars for quite awhile so much so my wife no longer asks me what I am doing she just lets me do it. Where to start.? Okay first I have been buying used cars for quite awhile so much so my wife no longer asks me what I am doing she just lets me do it. I have had some good and not so good experiences with dealers and sales associates. But sInce auto trader has come about it has helped in the car hunt. That is too say being able to do everything by phone or email prior to even visiting the dealer to sign papers and look the car over and test drive. With that said I am located in Georgia and Earth Motorcars is in TX. Quite a distance away. I had been looking for a particular make and model for awhile. Had found a couple locally but for whatever reason price was not right or the car and carfax just did not align. Then I saw this one pop up at Earth Motorcars. So emailed them to see if still available. They responded very quickly. Michele Conine is the salesperson who contacted me. She answered my questions about the car and when I told her I was very interested in it she asked me about what my price was. I let her know that I wanted them to give me their bottom line on the car that I did not want to go back and forth. They came back with a price that was agreeable to me and was much less than NADA. Now here is where the deal becomes a real deal. I asked Michele to walk around the car for me and tell me about anything that was glaring to her as far as dings, scratches, etc. Also, I asked her to drive it for me. Why you ask because I felt like they/she was not there to pull a fast one and I did not plan to fly out and look it over. (I have never done that before have always driven and viewed the car personally, but decided to take a leap of faith). After she walked around she found a couple of things I had missed and with a Car that was 10 years old there was bound to be some minor scratches but nothing major. All things worked she said and she she drove great. BTW she was always very responsive to my calls, emails and texts. They also let me know that in all the years they had been shipping cars they had not had one returned. Again I went with their word that all would be good. They also changed all the fluids for me. Nice. Michele also took care of me personally by paying for a small part and having it painted to match the car. It was the a plastic cover for where the key fits if your remote fails. So remember now, that I have not seen the car up close nor have I driven it. The big day arrives and the transport pulls up to my house. He drives car off and I walk up to examine it. Anxious to see if I had done the right thing in trusting Michele and Earth Motorcars. Well I did do the right thing. The car was just as they describe and she drove like she was brand new. But wait there is more. A couple days later I noticed that one of the headlights did not sit flush with the body. I emailed Earth Motorcars and again they responded very quickly. I let them know I was taking it to the dealer to see what could be done. They informed me they would need to take it apart and that the part would cost 1300. Well it was not that bad to spend 1300 or even have someone else do that. The dealer recommended a body shop they used who gave me a price to remove the bumper and headlight to see what exactly was happening. Earth motors agreed to pay for this. The body shop then gave me a cost to repair and Earth Motorcars paid the bill and did not not even once say that they would not. Arthur Przytulski,the general manger was who I dealt with. Great guy... So as Earth Motorcars says They want you to have the best buying experience and be a customer for life. That is a true statement as I had the most wonderful buying experience and I am now a customer for life. Thanks Michele and Arthur Steve. More

I'll go back for sure I bought a Cadillac from here (David Carr) and after I got home realized that the tailgate would not stay open. Two good cars from them I have purchased two cars, about a year apart, from Earth MC. Both are excellent (Lexus & Cadillac). Both had a few glitches when I picked them up, but EMC took care of them promptly. One actually had a serious issue that was out of warranty, but they took care of it too. David Carr is excellent & easy to work with. And just walking thru their shop is fun! Almost like a museum - lots of collectibles & supper cars to drool on. I have recommended them to my daughter, who is looking for an SUV. More
