I have to be totally honest, I had major reservation on the method of how I purchased my latest car from David. I did the unheard-of for me; I ordered a car without ever seeing the unit before I purchased it. My theory is to never buy anything without seeing it first to confirm my desire for that specific unit. However, I have gained my own personal car salesman that took the bull by the horn and satisfied my every buying expectation and also totally exceeded it. Not only do I feel as though I have my own personal car salesman, I feel as though I have gained a new life-long friend. David is a champion in the industry of luxury automobile sales. When my request of color combination seemed to become difficult David never tried to persuade me to change my original request. He continued to search my order by my original request and his execution to complete my sales experience was non-short of epic and professional. Also, did I forget to mention that this is the 2nd CLS550 Mercedes I have purchased from David. Every time I buy a car from David he seems to take my purchasing experience to the next level. One stop shop Looked on the internet and found the type vehicle we were looking for. Called Earth Motors and was introduced to a David Carr. He invited us up that Saturday to look at the BMW X-5 that we found. He had it ready at the time we estimated being there. He put it up on a rack in their body shop for a quick inspection of the under carriage. The vehicle checked out super clean. He gave us a carfax report to review as well. David is a very easy person to deal with. In a matter of an hour or so , we felt like we were dealing with a family member. Earth Motors has top of the line products. I felt like I was in a show room of an international dealership. Very clean and all the employees were very interested in our having a good experience. Thanks David Carr and also those who office next to you. I enjoyed the banter as to today's events. I highly recommend any one who reads this to visit and do business with Earth Motors. I was cruising around in a horrible little dilapidated '97 Saturn that finally kicked the bucket on a Friday. Horrified I thought I was out of luck. I'm not made of money and could not afford a monthly payment (or so I thought) at the time. So we went searching and we found a Honda Odyssey at Earth Motorcars that looked promising so we went to check it out. As soon as we arrived Michelle helped us by showing the car to us and immediately letting me take it for a spin. We fell in love with the van and she did everything she could to help us drive out of the lot with it that day. It was awesome. It turned a stressful mishap into a really great car buying experience. If I ever have the need or want to buy another vehicle this is the place I'll be going first! All my family and friends will be hearing this from me as well. More
Worse Than Typical Used Car Dealer I bought a 2008 Range Rover here. The first day I had it I got a check engine light. A couple of days later it started over heating. I took it to t I bought a 2008 Range Rover here. The first day I had it I got a check engine light. A couple of days later it started over heating. I took it to the dealership and explained what I thought could be the problem (exhaust gasses in the coolant system and asked them to look at it -- usually means BIG problems. I even asked them to test that.) They assured me that this was not the problem and said they put new coils on (which they didn't -- they just reset the trouble codes). Several trips to the repairs shop later, guess what? It was bad heads now I'm out of $3500 in repairs and the truck has been in the shop for nearly a month. More
