Outstanding professionalism and customer care. I flew from Santa Fe, NM to Dallas, TX to purchase a vehicle from Earth Motorcars. After speaking with sales staff I felt comfortable enough to make t I flew from Santa Fe, NM to Dallas, TX to purchase a vehicle from Earth Motorcars. After speaking with sales staff I felt comfortable enough to make the flight to preview the vehicle prior to purchase. There is trepidation in such circumstance but I felt confident regarding the professional approach that I received via telephone conversation. Michele Conine picked me up at the airport and drove me to Earth Motorcars, then we went over the vehicle. There was no sales pressure, the vehicle was as described and all of my instincts from working in a high pressure financial field told me that this was the best place to purchase a vehicle because there wasn't a scintilla of the typical "slip and slide" approach I've learned to expect from so many sales people in this and other industries. It was very evident that Michele had spent some time with the vehicle prior to my inspection, i.e., the type of professional customer care we expect but rarely see anymore. I can't say enough except that this is THE auto center to visit if searching for a vehicle, and of course ask for Michele. To add credence to what I state, I had a very minor issue with the vehicle during my drive from Dallas to Santa Fe, and Michele and Earth Motorcars immediately took the initiative to correct the issue to my complete satisfaction. I'd challenge you to find another dealer so responsive. Visit them! More
