Sold me a lemon and don't care I purchased a 2008 Hummer H3 in March of 2017. Today’s date if February 6, 2018 and I have not driven the truck for 1 full month straight since date d I purchased a 2008 Hummer H3 in March of 2017. Today’s date if February 6, 2018 and I have not driven the truck for 1 full month straight since date due to multiple problems. Literally every 3 weeks there seems to be another major problem. The truck has been into Earth Motor Cars 4 times for the same issue. The other times it was taken to Stonebriar Chevrolet where I paid out of my pocket to have the truck fixed correctly. I believe Earth Motor Cars knowingly sold me a truck with severe problems. The very first time, I was told my transmission would be rebuilt. I was later told by Stonebriar that the transmission was completely original except for the used clutch that was replaced. However, my Warranty company was charged over $1900 for a rebuilt transmission. Needless to say, the truck was back in their shop in less than 2 weeks. After 10 months of driving my truck for 2-3 weeks at a time before putting it back in the shop I went back to Earth Motors cars to see if they would work with me to get me out of this lemon. There solution was to give me half of what I paid for it and roll the negative equity back into another truck they had on the lot. I paid $15,000 for the truck so you do the math. Their fix to the problem did not help me out in anyway. I can go to any car dealership on the planet and make that horrible deal. My truck is currently in the shop with multiple issue with the transmission and transfer case. These were things that Earth Motor Cars supposedly fixed on multiple occasions. I know This review will not slow Earth Motor Cars sales, but hopefully it will make a person think twice about buying a used car from them. All they care about is moving units and make no effort to ensure the sure the customer is truly satisfied with their purchase. They will sell you a used vehicle that probably has multiple problems and then try to sell you another vehicle making money on both transactions while you are left with thousands of dollars of negative equity. If you want vehicle that you only drive for 3-4 weeks before putting it in the shop……..CALL EARTH MOTOR CARS!!!!!!!!!!! More

We had bought one back in April and this new one was a perfect younger brother. Met Jaime, who has turned out to be just a great sales person, when we went to see the car. Jaime was very friendly and most importantly eager to earn the business. Had the car inspected the next day, spoke with Jaime and got to a deal. Just a very helpful young man. After taking the car home, we had one service thing pending. Called Jaime up and he helped get the appointment set up and followed up to ensure everything went well. Jaime, appreciate the experience. After spending only a few hours at the dealership I was able to get all of the information I needed to evaluate the deal I wanted not only for the Rover but for the trade in of my car. I worked with Dave and the owner to come to a fair deal very quickly and was able to drive away that afternoon with the car I wanted. It was a very good car buying experience and so far the Rover performed well. I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend. More

My Experience at Earth Motor Cars After buying this vehicle at Earth Motor Cars I noticed that the insurance was for a premium and decided to go ahead and cancel the insurance due to t After buying this vehicle at Earth Motor Cars I noticed that the insurance was for a premium and decided to go ahead and cancel the insurance due to the fact that my own insurance covered all that they offered. I submitted and sent it to the dealership first week of October. I followed up on the progress the next week and learned that they had not received the paperwork yet, but would get back with me in a few days. After they did not call me back when they said I proceeded to call the dealership and got the run around by all the departments, like I was someone else's problem. People kept promising to call me back, but it seemed every time they called it was someone else coming into the conversation and I would have to explain the whole thing over again. They also promised they had a 2nd key for the vehicle and would send it to me. After 2 weeks passed and I had not received it, I called again and was told there was not a second key and that the person I spoke to was new and didn't know what he was talking about. I have yet to receive the second key for my car and I feel that they continue to fail to make good on things they promised when I bought my car. This company never calls you back, makes promises to you and doesn't keep them and the only way to get what you want is if you physically go up there which is an inconvenience if you don't live near them. Obviously, a car is a large purchase and one of the most expensive ones a person can make. It seems the company should take matters seriously when a customer is experiencing difficulty with a purchase this financially weighty. When someone says they will call back...I expect to hear from them...not from some other person I haven't spoken to yet and who I have to explain the entire situation to again. I am frustrated, and I need things handled in an expedient manner so I can get on with my life, here. More
