David assured me it was a Beauty and was he Right! I did the financial down payment with Mo, whom I thank for getting me an even lower rate than offered. Paid with credit card, paper work and Car were delivered to me the same day. How about that for Servive!!! Love it, Beautiful car!! More

Felt like I knew the salesman, like he was an old friend I was looking for a specific car for my wife and my son found one of Earth MotorCars ads online. I went to look at the car and really liked it, I was also amazed at the quality of their other inventory. While looking at the car, the salesman Dean Alavi was very helpful. We were able to settle on a price and they detailed the car one last time since it had just rained recently. I also had a chance to meet the General Manager Juan who was a really nice. Dean went above and beyond what I expected and he made the buying experience one of the best I have ever had. I will definitely look at their website before purchasing a car anywhere else. I do live in San Antonio, but would gladly drive to Dallas area to purchase a car from them again. Thank you Dean! More

Not Happy Really disappointed with my buying experience at Earth MotorCars. I purchased a (new to me) Honda Pilot on June 30. By July 20 it was not drive able. Really disappointed with my buying experience at Earth MotorCars. I purchased a (new to me) Honda Pilot on June 30. By July 20 it was not drive able. I was without a car for a week while (thankfully) Honda repaired it. While they were handling the repair, they found several other issues with it, including a pretty costly issue with the suspension. The warranty I purchased won’t cover it because the wear on it was evident it was prior to my purchase. I tried calling Earth motorcars several times and kept being told someone would call me back. I had to physically go up there to get someone to discuss it with me. End result - they won’t do anything to help. I’m so frustrated this wasn’t disclosed and they obviously don’t stand by their customer or what they sell. I was told because it was a month ago, too much time passed. I reminded them it was 20 days after purchase. Conveniently it changed to three weeks or more.... that said, don’t purchase from them. More
