Prices are very fair. For the used car I bought, they brought it up from a very good condition into a wonderful condition (between the time I first saw it and the time I drove it off the lot). I reasoned that they do this because they want their vehicles to reflect the dealership (and all members of it) as quality. Of course, natural consequences are happy/satisfied customers, future/repeat business, and word-of-mouth advertising. There was no pressure from anyone at any point in the shopping or purchasing process; I was very grateful for that. Their genuine cheerfulness was also greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Honest, fair, and friendly… what more could you ask for in an auto dealership? (or any type of business… or any human interaction?) Does such a dealership really exist? Yes. What planet is it on? Earth… just like my new license plate frame says.
