Unfortunately I had two things that make me say that I will never shop at this place again. First of all if you’re reading these reviews please scroll back to the previous reviews where it says that they do not inspect their vehicles. This is 100% true In my case. My vehicle did not appear to be inspected before they sold it to me. They also sold me a vehicle needing parts that are no longer made anymore and failed to disclose that as well. I know I know, it’s a used car so it’s sold as is but still if the car is not fully drivable then you shouldn’t be selling it. What I am hoping happened is that nobody drove it too long and maybe only drove it on the highway so they didn’t notice that the control arm bushings were completely shot and in need of replacement. A visual inspection should’ve done this but maybe that got overlooked somehow as well by mistake. If the bushings were available by themselves then it would cost about four grand including labor but since they are not available in America and you have to buy them from Europe the total cost for the entire control arm assembly is about $15,000 for two. This is the only real reason that I am annoyed about this but I’m going to assume that somebody just didn’t realize or do quite enough research to understand the true problems. I don’t think it’s a malicious oversight, it just slipped through the cracks apparently. Unfortunately because of this I can’t say that this is that great of an experience. The rest of the car however is in fantastic condition, except for the clock which doesn’t work but that’s no big deal. The guy I dealt with was named Tony. He was very easy to deal with and I don’t see him as being part of this problem, from what it looks like they have a huge inventory and it’s not too surprising that one or two things get overlooked by mistake. They claim that they did a ceramic coating on the car and charged me $1000 for it, this was never done whatsoever and the car arrived filthy on the outside. This is also a problem but I see it being a problem for the techs that were supposed to do the job. I’m pretty sure that they didn’t do it and just said that they did which again is not Tony’s fault. All in all I just think I got some bad luck here and I don’t think that anybody’s doing anything intentionally. Initially I was pretty annoyed by this and still not too happy about the massive maintenance cost but the car is technically drivable, so at some point I will fix it. They did try to refund me for the ceramic coating so there is some good will there. More

Then the last straw quoted me $7300 and $7600 on an extended warranty after I told them in the beginning for the GLE I would put down $7000 for the GLE and only the GLE I contacted Maserati they said the extended warranty on The vehicle the were making me settle for was only $4000. They are very dishonest and it’s sad they try to get over on women but I am far from dumb so I would never do business with them and would encourage anyone else to do the same. More

I recently bought a 1969 Camaro from Earthmotors. Ivan was my salesperson. The car looked beautiful and I inspected the photos and saw nothing wrong with the car. My mistake was that I should have as Ivan was my salesperson. The car looked beautiful and I inspected the photos and saw nothing wrong with the car. My mistake was that I should have asked more questions and I had put my trust with Ivan and or Earthmotors. Once we made the deal and I received the car I noticed cracks to the body and chips to the paint as well. I was very disappointed with Ivan because he never pointed out these imperfections to the body of the car. I also noticed that there was a lot of heat coming into the car while I was driving it and I noticed that it was heating up when I turned on the AC. I went ahead and called Ivan and told him about these issues and asked him why didn’t he point these issues out during the video that he made of the car for me or the photos that was posted on the web site. He said he thought he had pointed those out on his photos and video. Obviously, he was lying and was trying to cover up his mistakes. He then referred me to two of his managers. After I had mentioned my concerns to one of them, he basically said I was lying, and that the car was checked out and running great before it was sold to me. He then said that its normal for the heat to come into the car. I asked him so It’s normal for a lot of heat to come into the car to the point that you feel uncomfortable. He said that is normal for a 50-year-old car. But I then told him that this car was completely restored, he then back peddled and didn’t know what to say. He then said he would locate a mechanic close to where I live so I can take the car in to get checked out. After a few days I texted Ivan Navarrete and informed him that nobody has contacted my regarding taking the car for a check up and to address the paint chips and cracks. He mentioned he would let his managers know and that HE would call me back. Its been over a week and nobody has reached out to me. It’s interesting that on Earthmotors website they mention that “Our classic cars go through our rigorous inspection and items that need repair get fixed” and “Rest assured that you are getting a quality classic car” and their last quote “We specialize in offering the finest vehicle, Providing Outstanding Customer Service”. Nothing in these quotes is truthful and they are misleading to the buyer because they never inform them upfront of any issues that the car may have. The only customer service that they offer is making sure they sell you their cars but when it comes to addressing any concerns and making sure that the buyer is completely satisfied, well that is a complete Lie! Stay away from Ivan and Earthmotors. More

They did not beat Carmax on trade as advertised on website. I made offer didn't hear back until I checked on status of offer next day. (didn't think was unreasonable) They did advertise an Internet price I asked salesman what that was and never heard back. I asked what took so long to get trade values and said he was busy with customers all day. Thats great what am I? I was never asked to secure the car which I would have. I never received the very best deal take it or leave I was just ghosted by salesman after my last text inquiry. Guess they are busy with customers. lol If you are doing business with them don't do over the phone. More
