Tim, we take claims like this seriously and apologize that you are unhappy with how your 2005 Maserati Spyder vehicle was sold to you. This is never the buying experience we strive to offer, and it's concerning to read we've left a dishonest impression. Your vehicle did have the Ceramic coating placed on it as we verified it was installed on our security cameras. As requested, your vehicle was shipped to you open freight, so we are unable to guarantee the cleanliness of the vehicle when it travels from Texas to Colorado. As a customer service courtesy, we did offer to refund the ceramic charge to make you happy, but we never heard anything back from you. Neither the manager nor the salesperson have been made aware by you of the vehicle needing parts. At this point, we think it would be best if we further discussed your comments directly so we will be reaching out soon. We offered to let you test drive the vehicle but, due to the credit qualifications we discussed, you did not qualify for the purchase of this vehicle. We cannot control what credit companies will qualify a customer for as this is out of our control. Warranties come at different prices depending on the coverage and components selected. Not knowing what coverage would have been selected when you reached out to a Maserati dealership to compare with the warranty offered to you by our dealership, we could not make a comparison.

The lies we tell I have excellent credit! You never ran my credit. So interesting I am currently a owner of a Mercedes GLE so Mercedes felt very different. I also see you still have that same basic Mercedes Gle on your lot. You heard me say I could afford to put $7,000 down so just because I am a Woman you Tried to use that to your advantage but you failed. You are a small lot and very dishonest one you changed the price of the vehicle right before my eyes and made up a extended warranty cost but it’s all good. You also mention that the GLE on your lot was $100,000 I saw it was at $95,000 I guess your credit team changed that price too. I appreciate you being dishonest and unwilling to allow me to test drive what I came to drive me because you led right over to Mercedes Benz. The lesson learned if you want a Mercedes GO TO Mercedes if you want a Maserati GO TO Maserati. You saw me and judged me thought to yourself she can’t afford it. Thank you for that. I pray the right “looking”customer comes in and takes the GLE off your lot and in the process you get the $7,000 plus you David and Tony were trying to swindle out of me. I hope the women in y’all lives never have to encounter what I did just trying to do business with y’all.

Hello, I'm sorry but looking at all of the bad review for Earthmotors, it seems you just repeat the same message to your customers. Its insincere and insulting. You do not care about your customers, you only care about selling them a car and forgetting about them when there are concerns I spoke to Ivan and 2 of his managers and we discussed the concerns that I had with the 1969 camaro. The only thing they did was to give me excuses and promises that they would address my concerns. As of today nor Ivan or any of his managers has reached out to me. It took this review to have somebody reach out to me. That shows the lack of concerns that Earth motors has for their customers. Furthermore, Earthmotors is misleading to their customers by not pointing out the flaws on their cars. If they were transparent and honest, we would not be in tis situation. In regards to me reaching out to your customer service department, No, I will not do that. Earthmotos has all of my information, including telephone numbers and emails. If Earth motors and their managers are seriously interested in addressing my concerns, they can contact me right away. Please note, If I don't hear from them in a week, I will update this review to inform everybody on what happened.
