Outstanding service! I started going to Rodeo because I was unhappy with the wait times and customer service at Earnhardt's Gilbert location. It is so worth the 1 hour dr I started going to Rodeo because I was unhappy with the wait times and customer service at Earnhardt's Gilbert location. It is so worth the 1 hour drive each way to be treated so well. My customer service person is Kayli, and there is no better person to work with than her. She is delightful, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. She keeps me informed throughout my wait time and always makes sure I have everything I need while I wait. I also like being able to make appointments for oil changes and tire rotations. A very nice feature! More
