I purchased 5 prepaid oil changes at discont rate. I went for the 3rd one and was told it had to be used in 2 years. The service manager showed me a copy of the original add and in fine print it said I went for the 3rd one and was told it had to be used in 2 years. The service manager showed me a copy of the original add and in fine print it said must be used in 2 years. Who reads the fine print or needs 5 oil changes in 2 years. General manager didn't have the time to return my call. Nice SCAM !! More
Today, we went to this dealership to consider purchasing a new 24 Jeep Rubicon e. While test driving, we discussed the financing programs ongoing of 0% and 2.99%. Justin Delage expanded a bit about it, as a new 24 Jeep Rubicon e. While test driving, we discussed the financing programs ongoing of 0% and 2.99%. Justin Delage expanded a bit about it, as well as talked about the tax incentives for purchase or lease. Before leaving we told Justin that we were going to work on getting another quote from Bill Luke Jeep and we would get back to see what we could work out. Later in the day, we got communication that the financing was pulled by the manufacturer, but there are discounts that make up for it. While looking at the difference in price over the course of the loan we would be paying well over $10,000 more due to the change in financing rate. Our credit is over 800, so we would have qualified for the special financing for sure. This lack of communication and knowledge by their staff is borderline unforgivable and should never happen in an industry like this where the special financing is a paramount part of the business model. I will not be returning to them. More
