This Dodge dealership is in my opinion the best for taking your Ram truck into for service. Stopped by for my first oil change without an appointment. Told it would be around an hour to hour and 15 minutes. They were done in 45 minutes including me asking for the catch can and oil coole appointment. Told it would be around an hour to hour and 15 minutes. Breaking down 1500 miles from home is never fun, After the part was delivered, they went out of their way to get it put in and got me back on the road. I've had terrible experiences with a previous Earnhardt dealership. But, I racked it up to management, not ownership. So, tried QC after my last bad experience elsewhere. Jonathon and Jeff have been SUP dealership. But, I racked it up to management, not ownership. So, tried QC after my last bad experience elsewhere. Jonathon and Jeff have been SUPERB!!!! We had one little glitch with a typo for my warranty. But, Jeff and staff got it fixed in a jiffy. Also, a business trip got delayed due to my trouble, and Jeff moved heaven and earth to get me to my appointment with only a minor rescheduling requirement. In all cases, this team has been pleasant, capable, communicative, and effective. THANK YOU!!!!! More
