Thank you Chuck, appreciate it. If something changes I will be back to write more. Things started off well and Isaac was great. He found the car we wanted, so they were able to have it transferred over from Scottsdale to Peoria but we were able to make the deal while we were there. Earl was good in financing too and if people would do what they’re supposed to do then I could give 5 stars BUT I can’t and everything goes down hill from here. We paid to have the extra wax coating put on the car to protect the paint but when we got the car it barely looked like it had been washed. The motor was so dusty and dirty like it had been sitting in a dirt lot for a few months. But that isn’t the worst part - they never put any coating or even a wax on the car. And I paid for this!!!! I will NEVER bring my car back here nor will I recommend this dealership. I’ve tried to reach Earl several times and he hasn’t responded. So I’m done with this dealership. More
