Drop-off is so smoothe and always a great start...after all, they are my first impression! Then on to Rick, my regular service advisor. Rick is a really great guy that always ensures I get everything I have come in for, and keeps me informed (by text) of what’s happening and when my car is ready! Then, the fun part...paying for my service call. She is so friendly, ready at the drop of a hat, takes my money (LOL) and sends me back to my busy day.
