Would like to give a negative-5 stars. Stopped by to have a key cut for my Lexus, and was told by the Parts Manager that they wouldn't do it as I hadn't purchased it at Earnhardt. So I am supposed to drive a key cut for my Lexus, and was told by the Parts Manager that they wouldn't do it as I hadn't purchased it at Earnhardt. So I am supposed to drive back to the east coast to have my key cut? I certainly will not be taking either of my Lexus' to Earnhardt for service, nor will I be buying my next Lexus here. More
Since I bought my Lexus 6 years ago I’ve been to every Lexus dealership in the valley for service. Earnhardt Lexus, and specifically Andrew at Earnhardt Lexus, are by far the best. Richard in servicing referred me to Rob in sales who was a walking encyclopedia about Lexus. I never felt pressured. I felt like an honored guest the entire time I was there and ended up purchasing a 2017 RX 450h which I am absolutely LOVING! Thanks Earnhardt! You really are a No Bull kind of place. More
Excellent service advisor Rick Johnson, all work completed on time, always have a free loaner to use while car is in the shop if I need it, and the showroom is in an excellent location. On my last completed on time, always have a free loaner to use while car is in the shop if I need it, and the showroom is in an excellent location.
