Would like to give a negative-5 stars. Stopped by to have a key cut for my Lexus, and was told by the Parts Manager that they wouldn't do it as I hadn't purchased it at Earnhardt. So I am supposed to drive a key cut for my Lexus, and was told by the Parts Manager that they wouldn't do it as I hadn't purchased it at Earnhardt. So I am supposed to drive back to the east coast to have my key cut? I certainly will not be taking either of my Lexus' to Earnhardt for service, nor will I be buying my next Lexus here. More

Since I bought my Lexus 6 years ago I’ve been to every Lexus dealership in the valley for service. Earnhardt Lexus, and specifically Andrew at Earnhardt Lexus, are by far the best. Outstanding customer service! Have tried other Lexus dealers in the Valley, and none of them compare to Earnhardt when it comes to customer service.
