Service Department is Great I've needed to get my "cabin filter" replaced and it has been out of stock on my last two appointments. NUMEROUS ISSUES Car is under a 3rd party extended warranty as I'm not the original owner. Shifting and engine response issues. So far the transmission has been repl Car is under a 3rd party extended warranty as I'm not the original owner. Shifting and engine response issues. So far the transmission has been replaced however the engine response issue is still an issue. The service advisor and manager went out of the way during initial diagnostics to try and remedy the issue at their cost, authorizing a $200 fuel system cleaning procedure on the GDI engine. This didn't resolve any of the issues however did get us to agree the transmission was having issues. I believe the ECM is now the problem and will have the vehicle back there to finish the work as needed. So far the work they have done on the car has been solid though I wish we could have gotten to a full resolution of the initial issues I had reported. Half of the problem has been corrected. Normally I'd ding a star with as much as I've had it in there to have it looked at however I think it must be mentioned that the friendliness and communication from the service department has been solid so I think troubleshooting and putting the last issue to rest shouldn't be an issue...I simply need the authorization from the warranty company and to schedule a time. More

He really cared about my getting only what was needed so that he saved me time and money. That is what every business should emulate - caring more about the customer and giving the customer what fits their needs. I told my husband about Jon and he was so impressed with Jon's honesty.
