First service check experience I purchased a new vehicle at this dealership. I informed the sales rep that I was uncomfortable with the tint on the back window, it was difficult t I purchased a new vehicle at this dealership. I informed the sales rep that I was uncomfortable with the tint on the back window, it was difficult to see through. At my recent appointment I told the service person and another at the desk, that it feels unsafe this level of tint. One of the men stated that is standard but commented that at night time unless the car behind has their headlines on you can't see a vehicle behind. With the amount I paid for this vehicle, I would think it could have been changed out. I was quoted it wI'll be at least $100 that I will need to pay to replace with lighter tint so I have better visability both day and night. That was my only concern during my recent visit. My serice rep was very helpful. More

My first service here, I think I'll be back. I was a long time client at Tempe Hyundai (since 2002) until they made a few bad/costly repairs. I will not step foot in their service again.
