Mario has handled my service on other occasions and he always is helpful, courteous, and efficient - I do appreciate his efforts. A new item has been added - a "Vehicle Report". It is linked in an email sent following the service. I assume this is in the beta stage, as it did not work properly. I could not come back and view the report again, even though a link is provided to do so. More

Prompt and efficient I had made a service reservation on line but when I showed up there was no record of my appointment.
