I truly appreciate you fixing the A/C problem, it's hot in Arizona. However, I purchased the G80 in 2018, "new", and a couple months later it was in for service due to A/C blowing hot air. Since that time in Arizona. However, I purchased the G80 in 2018, "new", and a couple months later it was in for service due to A/C blowing hot air. Since that time I have had this car in every summer for A/C service and it was never completely fixed because it had to have service the following year, etc and I have the paperwork. My wife asked if they let the warranty expire before finding the root cause. I don't want to go there because I really hope that isn't the case. I didn't sell the car because I love how it drives and looks. It has been my favorite vehicle, just tainted from the A/C troubles. Thank you. More
My new Genesis required service to regain connected services but the recent reduction in authorized Genesis service locations required me to travel 400 miles to have this work completed. The dealership was very accommodating by setting up a convenient service time and a loaner car for me to use during the repair. Brandon helped get the service organized and kept me informed as to the progress. The service was accomplished in the required time even after encountering software issues. The dealership does a large amount of service because of the limited number of Genesis authorized centers but they treated me very well. More

Contacted Hannah to schedule service for my 2023 GV80 - received great news that I was eligible for Valet Service as radius extended to 250 miles (live in Tucson).
