Prompt and efficient I had made a service reservation on line but when I showed up there was no record of my appointment. Purchase of new 2017 Hyundai In just over two hours we completed the purchase of our new Hyundai. This included a review of vehicles we were interested in, a drive of the one sel In just over two hours we completed the purchase of our new Hyundai. This included a review of vehicles we were interested in, a drive of the one selected with Ken Rothe, Sales Consultant. After the return to the Dealership, Ken answered any questions we had, obtained the trade in value for our 2010 Tucson, and obtained needed information from us. He introduced us to the Finance Representative, Kyle Stark, for completing the purchase. When finished, Ken had the Tucson readied for us and helped us to transfer items from our 2010 to the 2017 Tucson. Ken completed a very thorough overview of the features of the new Tucson, helped with Pairing of Phone. This purchase was accomplished so efficiently because of the well qualified Sales Consultant and Finance Manager. The Dealership should be extremely pleased with Ken and Kyle for not only their excellent qualifications but for the friendly, courteous and pleasant interaction with new customers. More
