Worst ever service department. I bought my first Hyundai and have tried bringing it in to San Tan Hyundai for maintenance and warranty work. First I spoke with a Megan to make an I bought my first Hyundai and have tried bringing it in to San Tan Hyundai for maintenance and warranty work. First I spoke with a Megan to make an appointment for a 7,500 mile maintenance and check up.. She spoke as if it was her first day on the job and was clueless to answer any questions. When I actually brought the car in it was more of the same with less than straight answers. Next time I need service I will be going to Autonation Hyundai in Tempe. That will be about 7 miles further from my home but will hopefully provide more intelligent and/or better trained staff. More
