Still a little confused I received an email from Nitro Fill stating my new car had Nitro Fill in the tires. Dash light came on--low tire so went to closest Hyundai dealer to I received an email from Nitro Fill stating my new car had Nitro Fill in the tires. Dash light came on--low tire so went to closest Hyundai dealer to have the Nitro Fill added. Was told I didn't have Nitro Fill in my tires as I didn't have the green tire cap on. They checked all my tires and filled the ones that needed it with air. I called San Tan and was told it was an add on that I didn't have and the cost was too much to have it put it. Problem is I continue to get emails from Nitro Fill/San Tan Hyundai telling me have the monthly check on my Nitro Fill. If it wasn't for all of this, would have given San Tan Hyundai 5 stars as everything went great from the salesman to financing. Smooth process and I was totally satisfied. More
I would not recommend this dealer specifically Andre Wilson salesman. He will out and put lie to make a sale. I live in Tucson, an hour and a half away from the dealership. The dealerships here didn't have the car I wanted in the right color so I did an internet search and found San Tan Hyundai. I spoke with dealership. The dealerships here didn't have the car I wanted in the right color so I did an internet search and found San Tan Hyundai. I spoke with my salesman, Thomas Anderson, several times throughout the day prior to driving up to Gilbert. He was so kind, patient, and thorough; you could tell he wanted to take care of me and make sure I ended up with the car I wanted. I got to the dealership at 7:30 on a Friday evening and was promptly greeted. We went on a test drive and I just knew it was the car I wanted. Everything went faster than I could have expected. Kyle Stark in Finance walked me through all the paperwork and made sure I understood everything. He's a neat guy and didn't rush me, even though I showed up so close to closing time. Afterwards I was surprised to see that Thomas was still there to see me off in my new car. He stayed at the dealership with me 30 minutes after closing, reviewing everything about my new car and making sure I felt completely safe driving back home in the rain. Once I got home I realized I had left a CD with tremendous sentimental value in my trade-in. I sent Thomas an email and he promptly replied stating he'd make sure I got it back. He went out of his way to get it mailed to me via UPS and it arrived safe and sound a couple days later. I don't think you can ask for a better team to help you through the car buying process. I'd happily drive to Gilbert again for this type of service! More
