I want to like them I want to like this dealership. The staff were all nice and attentive. Online pricing through Edmunds, Truecar and their own website are all innacurat I want to like this dealership. The staff were all nice and attentive. Online pricing through Edmunds, Truecar and their own website are all innacurate. They will not honor those prices. Management claims its ok because other dealers are doing it that way too. Every car on the lot has thousands of dollars on tacked on addons. Getting ready for a fourth visit on the dealer installed alarm as it still doesn't work. Had to go back in the next morning because the contract was not correct and wasn't what we agreed on. Best part is when they posted my vehicle discounted on Edmunds 3 days after I bought it for an unrealistic and unheard of price. When I contacted them they stated they had it in stock and to swing on by. Don't hate the player, hate the game though, right? My sales guy was nice and I liked him. The manager seemed nice, but wither way I could have got a better deal somewhere else. Thats my fault though. I probably would be more confident in my deal if I didn't have this gut feeling I got played by a shady car dealer. More

Once we got a feel free what Hyundai had to offer in the Sonata, taking a test drive, we (my wife and I) felt like it was the right move for us. Once hearing the numbers for one of the cars, with all the features we wanted, it made sense to go ahead with two of them. Rusty was also kind enough to connect us with Jesse, as we prefer to do business in Spanish. It made our experience so much better and it was great to see a staff working together to make things happen!
