New Elantra I had done research online for a few weeks before going to this dealer. I was happily surprised with the thoroughness of Jesse's explanations of the Elantra and making sure I had all my questions answered. I was also happy to make only one trip to this dealer. I left with my new car! That's never happened to me before. The window tinting hadn't been done yet when I drove off so I had to bring the car back for that but it wasn't a problem. They got me right in to service. Service was also a pleasant experience: friendly and efficient. Finance was a bit confusing. I had to call back 2 days later to get a better explanation of the extended warranties I purchased. They cost more than I realized because they were presented as a monthly payment. More

Unrealistic Sales Goals Purchasing a vehicle is NEVER a pleasant experience. But if you have to then I would place this dealer on my return list. It is extremely unfortunate that the sales staff are pressured into unrealistic sales goals and feel they must ask you for a perfect 10 score on the survey (or they will receive an automatic fail and not get paid). This type of pressure from Management sickens me and reminds me of what was occurring at Wells Fargo. More
