Please don't low ball me offers and try to trick me into paying extra for already installed security features. I'm young, not stupid. In the end I feel as if we came to a sale that was mutually beneficial and he did go over all the features with us in a nice manner. I in no way feel ripped off or regret my purchase, but I would suggest training your salesmen to be a little more tactful if you want younger customers to trust you. More
