A funny thing happened as we arrived at San Tan Hyundai It has been over 20 years since my wife has had a new car. Given some of the bad experiences we had a few decades back (in another state), we only pu It has been over 20 years since my wife has had a new car. Given some of the bad experiences we had a few decades back (in another state), we only purchased "newer used cars" during that time and vowed we would never buy a new car from a dealership again. I'm still not sure how it happened, but after doing lots of research on new cars, we found ourselves driving into San Tan Hyundai to look at and test drive some cars. We were nervous and had decided to walk away when we felt someone was overly aggressive or pushy. However, a funny thing happened as we arrived at San Tan Hyundai...we had a great experience! We were met right away by a nice young man, Taylor, who answered our questions, asked us questions that helped us focus in on the right model and was very helpful as we test drove the model we liked. A manager walked over to greet us, and we thought "Here it comes," but he was nice too--which left us wondering what was going on. After our questions were answered we said we decided to take some time to think about it, and Taylor gave us his card and thanked us for coming in. No high pressure, no strong arming, and no last-ditch efforts to keep us from walking out. We were so impressed with the dealership and the car that we decided we would buy the car as we drove away; we didn't even go to the other dealers nearby to check out the other cars we had researched. I called the next day, spoke with Taylor and my wife was driving her new car home shortly thereafter. What a great experience, and so different than the horrible experiences of our past. San Tan Hyundai has restored our faith in the new car buying experience, we tell everyone we meet about this dealership and their great products, we love our new SantaFe Sport! More

Fantastic Experience Sean started working with me at the start of the day on Sunday, after overnight inquiries were sent in on two models I was considering. Before I left Sean started working with me at the start of the day on Sunday, after overnight inquiries were sent in on two models I was considering. Before I left my son's hockey game that morning, Sean had us qualified and the vehicle I found online ready for a test-drive. He was outside to greet me when we pulled in, and it was the least amount of time I've ever spent in a dealership.... and I used to buy Saturns!! There was no pressure to buy or to add warranties to the purchase price, but we were well informed and supported along the way. I would recommend any of my family/friends to your dealership, and to Sean for an excellent overall experience. More
