From Sonata to Santa Fe - What a great experience My 2002 Sonata broke down and I had it towed to the dealership blind. I called to let them know it was coming and that I was going to be coming in to My 2002 Sonata broke down and I had it towed to the dealership blind. I called to let them know it was coming and that I was going to be coming in to look at the Santa Fe's. I spoke with Ben. He was pleasant and helpful as was the Service Department about my Sonata. I had trouble getting to the Dealership when I thought I would be able to, but they were great about it. Ben stayed in touch with me through my trials and provided a backup person for me to talk to if I got there and he wasn't available. When I finally made it in, Ben was kind, helpful and knowledgeable about the options for the Santa Fe. As I was continuing to look and think about the options, Ben was supposed to get off work but he chose not to leave. He stayed with me through the entire process. There were a few people that stayed with us to get my paper work done. The finance department, the cashier, and of course Ben. They even took responsibility of my rental car so I wouldn't have to manage it. I know they did it because the rental company called me the next business day and confirmed they had received the car, congratulated me and only charged me for it until I turned it over to the dealership. I really do appreciate all of the service and care I received. I felt confident in my selection and I love my new Santa Fe. Thank you all! More
