Our salesman walked us through ever step including giving us a break in their waiting room with drinks and snacks to get refreshed and relax from being outside in the heat. He checked in with us while the paperwork was being printed and within moments we were in with our finance person signing the paperwork. Then got a full tutorial on where everything was in our new car and how to use it from Mike. Also, he set up both my husband's and my phone for the Bluetooth and showed us how to function that. We did not leave the lot with the wipers on, lights flashing and horn honking, Lol!!! 5 star service and expert customer service! More
