Best Car Shopping Experience I had visited 3 dealerships in one day, with Hyundai being my last visit. I was exhausted by then. My salesperson, Alex Duncan, recognized that and al I had visited 3 dealerships in one day, with Hyundai being my last visit. I was exhausted by then. My salesperson, Alex Duncan, recognized that and allowed me to schedule a test drive in a few days. He quickly walked us out to the models my husband and I requested to see, and we pinpointed the features we wanted. He handed us general pricing quotes on the models and we were able to leave in about 30 minutes, which was a far cry from the 2 hour and 4 hour visits to other dealerships. Alex never pressured us to buy a vehicle, and he let the car speak for itself. I am truly thankful to Alex for being a great salesperson and being efficient. He wasn't available when we were ready to buy a car. We called him, and he was understanding and contacted the dealership to see who would be able to help us while he was on vacation. We got in touch with the sales manager he referred us to and the end of our car shopping experience was just as enjoyable as the first part. I really appreciate everything that SanTan Hyundai did for us. They even shared their pizza with me and my mom while we were waiting for the finance rep to be available.
