Brought my car in for recall repair. Ricky was there to meet me at drop off and was great at giving me updates as to when the work would be completed. At that point Ricky met me and escorted me to the office where I signed the necessary papers and Ricky drove my repaired, clean car curbside for me. He was a real pleasure to work with. Took my car in for two recalls that I knew of but Ricky found out there were three. Car was done in the estimated amount of time.
