False advertisement on a 2016 veloster turbo leftover lease I just left this dealership terribly ticked off after having such a con attempted on me. Today is May 1st and the last day for the Hyundai lease deal I just left this dealership terribly ticked off after having such a con attempted on me. Today is May 1st and the last day for the Hyundai lease deals for April. I spoke with a Jay S. about leasing this 2016 leftover as advertised on their San Tan Hyundai website. They only have 1 2016 left and this is the one with the correct stock number on it and all and they out right refused to honor the advertisement as written on their own website. I'm blown away. There are three options on the website for this car. One is for 0.0% APR the second is for a conditional sale at 17,000 and a lease offer for $169 month. This car is sitting there now and from the moment I arrived this Jay fellow kept trying to talk me out of leasing and and instead purchasing. I believe this was being done because these kinds of left over deals do not yield the dealer agents any commisions so they try very hard to get you to buy instead of taking these leases. This fellow actually talked down the Hyundai lease deals and even the value of the veloster car in regards to how well they lease and what their worth was at lease end... If thats the case... why would I want to buy then???. I'm blown away and wish that I could have spoken to a manager and had him shpew the same xx to me. I have always felt respected and valued when at San Tan Hyundai. I have never felt pressured to make a purchase, nor have I ever felt like my questions/concerns were disregarded. I feel that San Tan Hyundai really does everything they can to make a deal happen, my most recent purchased required San Tan Hyundai to coordinate a trade between another local dealership so I could have the color and optioned vehicle I wanted, they handled this entire process behind the scenes and made it stress free for me. They were open and honest about pricing, so the deal was fair for both parties. I left with my new car feeling satisfied with the transaction and will be returning in a few years to purchase my next car. More
