Took us 5 weeks to get in. I guess they are backed up to to remodeling. In previous times I would of given 5 stars. But it also confusing getting in. Tony was Amazing! I have bought many cars through life and this by far was the easiest and best experience. I did not plan to buy my Palisade for a few months but want I have bought many cars through life and this by far was the easiest and best experience. I did not plan to buy my Palisade for a few months but wanted to drive a few cars first to make sure it was what I wanted. Tony took us for a drive gave me a no hassle honest quote and we left. I appreciated the no pressure and his honesty about my trade. Adam the sales manager reached out about an hour later with an offer I could not refuse. I replied and took an additional 2 days with no pressure which was greatly appreciated. Most items were completed online and my total process was 1.5 hours instead of the whole day. I appreciated how easy they made this process!! I would definitely go back 😊 Bobby with financing was great to, explained everything and made the process quick and easy. More
