I was looking for a new vehicle to replace my truck, and Ken was very understanding when I said I had to wait for my insurance company finish the tot I was looking for a new vehicle to replace my truck, and Ken was very understanding when I said I had to wait for my insurance company finish the total loss process on my truck. He wasn’t pushed and just messaged me once a week to see if I had heard anything. When the time came to get my new car, the process only took about 2 hours or so! That included looking at a few vehicles. We were able to come to a deal in less than 30 minutes and didn’t even have to wait to get into finance.
