In today's economy I feel customer service isn't a top priority and I have dealt with places I will never visit again due to bad customer service. That's why I wanted to take a moment to say that when I came in for service last week, I was helped by Adam Rodriguez and he was wonderful to deal with. He helped me with my questions, seemed knowledgeable and wasn't overly pushy. The place looked busy, yet Adam took the time to assist me completely without making me feel rushed or like a number, all while having a smile on his face. He was very nice and I was taken aback that I was receiving the best customer service I have had in years at a dealership. I would definitely recommend seeing Adam for service and will see him again when I return. Thank you Discover Hyundai for having Adam on your team. My Azera was in for a 30,000mile service. Tim,service Manager was helpful in explaining what the service entailed. He was most congenial and kept me informed during my wait. Being a retired Army person I was afforded a military discount which I appreciate. I had an opportunity to visit with the customer service manager who was informative, pleasant and helpful. Made me feel welcome. The fleet manager and I visited about the Hyundai new line of vehicles and the dealership. A good guy with some valid ideas. I wanted to say thankyou for all the Truly Exceptional service I have recieved at Discover Hyundai recently. We have had the unpleasuring experience of traveling from Sunny Scottsdale Arizona to Phoenix, service I have recieved at Discover Hyundai recently. We are delighted and Thankful for Discover Hyundai and especially Tim Hodder and the whole Service Team. First of all, we were greated immediately, with a smile, a hand shake, business card and last but not least.....Thanked for coming into Discover Hyundai Service Department. I had NEVER been treated so well by ANY dealership....EVER. As being female, i am used to being taken advantage of in the past by other dealers and honestly looked at this dealership the same way. This all changed when,I met Tim Hodder and realized there are still helpfull, honest people still left in the world. Tim took the time to go over services needed now, what could wait until next visit and had my car washed and vacuumed in a very timely manner.
