ASTONISHING dealership with INCREDIBLE employees!! I went to Earnhardt Hyundai to buy a sunshade & ended up buying a new Elantra! I had no intention of buying a new car but after meeting Chris Lindner I went to Earnhardt Hyundai to buy a sunshade & ended up buying a new Elantra! I had no intention of buying a new car but after meeting Chris Lindner he talked me into just "looking" at new cars while waiting in the Parts Dept. To be quite honest, car buying rates right up there with going to the dentist. However, Chris was an AWESOME salesman. Not pushy, very professional with a fantastic sense of humor and lots of enthusiasm. He worked very hard for me and all my requests were met. Tony, Ian and Adam were also remarkable and easy to work with. They all make quite an extraordinary team and make this dealership different than others! If you're looking to buy a vehicle, I encourage you to take the time and look them up. They will go above & beyond to make you happy. I own a 2012 Hyundai Genesis Sedan 3.8. Jason Coburn was very friendly and put down several issues I wanted performed including the 45,000 mile service. If my car needs service while I am here in Scottsdale I never hesitate to have it serviced at Scottsdale Earnhardt Hyundai. Recently purchased a used sonata that didn't come with the remotes syncronized to the vehicle. I took the vehicle in to have a couple things looked at and to get the remotes working properly. I was i with the remotes syncronized to the vehicle. I took the vehicle in to have a couple things looked at and to get the remotes working properly. I was informed that it would need to be conducted by a technician and that It would cost $ 50.00. Initially, I was a little offended that the work would "need" to be performed by a technician which was a justification for the cost to simply program a remote. Further, we were asked to wait in the waiting area is it could take up to 30 minutes. While I was initially hoping that I could simply walk in and get it done and leave, it just didn't work out that way. However, upon entry to the waiting area we were pleasantly received by an associate and offered a cold beverage (on a hot day). While the "work" took about 30 minutes, I was pleasantly surprised when Adam (our Service Manager) waived the cost to perform the work. That was unexpected and certainly appreciated. It was obvious that the customer experience meant something to Adam. More
I moved to Arizona last year and since then dealing with Tim for my car service, What a great professional he is, I am shocked I spoke to him for just 2 mins first time and I give him a call after a week or Tim for my car service, What a great professional he is, I am shocked I spoke to him for just 2 mins first time and I give him a call after a week or so and he remembers my name which is tough to remember. I moved from scottsadale to Tempe couple of months back but I still have my car service done here at Earnhardt Hyundai only because of Tim. I just gave my car again for a mechanical problem and I am sure he will help me out with it. I wish him Good Luck and All the best. More
