Originally I was apprehensive to come to a dealer, who ever really wants to go to a dealer with their reputations for being pushy and dishonest? A friend had recommended Earnhardt anyhow - but I was still nervous. I simply wanted to test drive a few different Hyundai's to determine which best fit my needs. Jeff was the first gentleman we spoke with when walking around trying to determine which sedan fit my needs. He was approachable, genuine, and made us feel comfortable in his communication with us which made my visit smooth sailing. I felt he was inquisitive (but not overly so) to really dive deep into what car would be best for us. Ultimately, I ended up test driving a Sonata and fell in love with it. All of the amazing features the Sport model had were great! This one even had a moon roof, which I couldn't have been more excited about! I knew I wanted this vehicle after driving it and so I thought I would have to play hardball with them - but the price was what I expected it to be (after having done some research) and I cautiously let them know what I needed my payment to be at (they say never to do this typically, right?) But they were able to satisfy my needs, AND get my the car that I really wanted within my budget! To top things off, his Manager Jimmy was also very personable, professional, and had excellent customer service skills that really hit high on our marks. He was just easy going, friendly and I never once felt ultimately pressured. Especially since I walked in later in the evening (closer to closing time) I felt like I'd been treated with the utmost respect from everyone. And when I asked questions, everyone seemed to respond with a genuine answer. After all we're all people here- so to deal with actual people for this transaction I have to say I'm ultimately grateful that we ended up with the both of them to help (along with the rest of the staff) in my purchase. More
