G 90 I've always had a positive experience at this dealership, both in the service department and the sales department. Three years ago, the finance depar I've always had a positive experience at this dealership, both in the service department and the sales department. Three years ago, the finance department talked me in to a four year lease, even though i said I'd only keep the car three years. I was told I'd be able to trade it in after three years. But, I have had to pay dearly for this as I had to pay for the four years. The finance manager was not up front about this. I had the same monthly payment for four years as I was offered for three years. Beware! This cost me. I will never sign up for a four year lease again. More

The experience I had was everything that is wrong with the process of buying a new car. No transparency and a massive attempt to get me to accept financing other than 0.9% Hyundai Finance was offering. Drew Gabler called to demand that i return to Eanhardt after I dropped my car off at lease end. I offered to sigh whatever paperwork that was needed if he would send it to me and he refused, telling m,e "thats not the way its done" I beg to differ. I have never had the experience of being bullied by a dealership employee as rude as this man. He actually hung up on me. I dropped my car off at lease end without speaking to an Earnhardt employee precisely because these people made the experience of dealing with them so unpleasant for me. More
