My Azera was in for a 30,000mile service. Tim,service Manager was helpful in explaining what the service entailed. He was most congenial and kept me informed during my wait. Made me feel welcome. The fleet manager and I visited about the Hyundai new line of vehicles and the dealership. A good guy with some valid ideas. This event was a refreshing eye-opener to what has been the normal exhausting vehicle purchasing process at other dealerships!
