Very low key. Allowed my wife and I to look and was available to respond to any questions. Ultimately we purchased our new Veracruz. Ron then introduced us to Frank, the General Manager at Discovery who completed the tranaction and all of the paperwork and finally we were introduced to Kelly, who physically went over our new vehicle making certain we where both knowledgable and comfortable with it before driving out of the dealership. Very friendly staff at all levels. But still the same dealer experience as the rest. Add on fees and stupid DOC fees that are just there for pure dealer profit which won't even go to the sales person's dealer experience as the rest. We bought our car in May from Ric Andersen. He was fantastic to work with. He informed us about the car without all of the usual "sales tactics" that annoy me. After we bought the car he returned his phone call (right away) for a question I had so I it was nice not to be "brushed off". Agreements that we had in the contract were fulfilled and done in a timely manner. The manager was fantastic to negotiate with along with the finance person. This was the most positive experience we have ever had at a dealership and there is no buyers remorse. I will be recommending the dealership along with Ric Andersen to friends and family. More

I have dealt withtwo two reps there, Dennis Jones and doug Bjarko. They both went way over the top to help me find what I was looking for and to decide what I wanted. They both took time to go out and see if things fit and worked as I wanted---floor mats and sunn-roof deflector. A pleasant change from the usual. More

Although I have had my 2011 Sonata only for 3 wks,I have driven it hard and long,it has lived up to it's reviews and my expectation. I initially put my request on pricing of the Hyundai I want online; then all the dealers flooded in their responses to my email; but one by one, they either opted out or I dropped them; as some of them ar want online; then all the dealers flooded in their responses to my email; but one by one, they either opted out or I dropped them; as some of them are not willing to discuss pricing with me on line or on the phone. I am most appreciative about Discover that Scot, the online sales person was willing to disclose everyline in the pricing of my Hyundai Elantra so that I can really compare with what other dealers are offering. Pricing is my 1st priority; and discover is great on that; plus with additional free 5 year oil change; between Discover and Champman; I finally did choose Discover. Scot was not able to be there that day; but he made sure someone else in the dealer ship is there to work with me and honor what we had agreed upon. Ric was there for Scot; and he made me feel comfortable and he was very thorough on showing me every detail of the car. I just basically showed up, test drove the car, and signed paper work and drove it home. It took about 1 hour; and it was done. We communicated via email and on the phone 1 week before; all it was left to do was for me to show up and drive the car home. There was absolutely no pushiness in the sales of the car; even on the phone prior to me showing up to Discover. Eagerness is a good thing; competition drives out the best of service; and the customers end up reaping the benefit. I did : ) More

They are genuinely proud of the vehicles they vehicles that they offer customers. I felt that I was the most important person in the dealership while the deal was happening. Never once did I feel that it was me against the dealer. The staff listened to my concerns, acknowledged my opinions and preferences, and presented me with a wonderful, affordable vehicle, which was exactly what I wanted. Everyone knows your name by the time you leave and everyone is very interested in assuring your experience is a good one. There are no hidden "I'll need to talk to my sales manager" ping pong matches and they believe in full disclosure of the entire sales process. Tim Schirra gathered our information and got all of the numbers ready before we even got into the showroom. There was no bartering on trade value or selling price and both my wife and I were very comfortable through the entire process. When you work with the finance team, your finance rate is not tied to some batch of after the sale add-ons. You are delivered a clean and ready to drive vehicle. The delivery guide takes as much time as needed to explain things like the nav system, the climate controls, the various switches and gauges, and will even pair your phones with the Blue Tooth system if you have that option. Discover Hyundai has also been my service team since they opened and Tim, Dave and the service crew always treat us like a great friend and the work is done on time and as promised.
