I just purchased a 2010 Genesis from Discover Hyundai and it was started over the internet sales web site. I shopped all the dealers in AZ including one in my home town and and settled on Discover because o it was started over the internet sales web site. I shopped all the dealers in AZ including one in my home town and and settled on Discover because of the servicer and respect I received over the phone with the GM Frank. I walked out of 2 other dealers as what they promised over the phone/internet was not what I got when I came into the dealers. Frank gave me bottom line pricing and found the car I wanted which was the last one in AZ that all the other dealers could have gotten. I wanted to give him a deposited over the phone but said it was not needed only my word. I came in the next day and met with John Lund who handled all the paper work and answered all my questions. When we went into F&I Bradley Johnson had everything ready for me to sign. I thought this is where they will get me as I have bought many cars in my life and this is where the high pressure for add ons come into play. Not here, in fact I received a few things that I was not expecting at no charge as this is their policy. I came down the next day with my wife and son to pick up the car and everyone one was just like family. Kellie and John went over all the aspects of the car with my wife and self and made sure we were happy and understood everything with our purchase. We live 100 miles from the dealership and we will be bringing our care in for service, not because of the free oil change but because everyone at the dealership made us feel they really welcomed and appreciated our business. It cost more in gas to buy pass the dealer in my town which is 10 miles from my house, but I know when I come in it will be like coming home. Our salesman Muzzy and along with the sales manager Frank and the finance manger made this transaction go just seamless. We appreciated the time and effort that ALL the employees at Discover Hyundai took to make sure we were happy. It was nice to do business with people who made it seem like we were not just a business deal for that day. The extreme satisfaction we feel with this dealership continues as I have worked with Tim Hodder for two routine service visits. Just love to come and feel like we are part of the "Discover Hyundai" family. Tim listens to what I have to say and recommends what is needed for my vehicle. Tim has such a friendly outgoing personality and he makes sure that you are satisfied . Like I said this dealership is tops and they deserve a rating of truly exceptional or truly outstanding. It's nice to know you can walk in the dealership 6 months later and everyone greets you like that first day; with such friendly demeanor and always wanting to assist you. I appreciate the follow up after purchase. I bought my car through a Arizona Fleet Services. The fleet company worked with Discover Hyundai to get the car I wanted. Given that I did not actually go to the dealership in person, they have been so great with taking ownership of the sale. I also am so impressed that Discover Hyundai has provided my car with free oil changes for 5 years! Wow, that is great! I realize that in order to keep this offer valid the car must be serviced only at Discover Hyundai - I will do this the first time or two to see how the service is. I also have a great mechanic, so I will do some price comparisons to see if this offer is worth it! But, all in all, the offer is a great move by Discover Hyundai. So far, I love the car. Thank you for the nice cookout event on July 22nd also. It was great to see the service area and meet the staff and owner of the dealership. Thanks again. More

In today's economy I feel customer service isn't a top priority and I have dealt with places I will never visit again due to bad customer service. That's why I wanted to take a moment to say that when I came in for service last week, I was helped by Adam Rodriguez and he was wonderful to deal with. He helped me with my questions, seemed knowledgeable and wasn't overly pushy. The place looked busy, yet Adam took the time to assist me completely without making me feel rushed or like a number, all while having a smile on his face. He was very nice and I was taken aback that I was receiving the best customer service I have had in years at a dealership. I would definitely recommend seeing Adam for service and will see him again when I return. Thank you Discover Hyundai for having Adam on your team.
