Communication was very clear and I felt very comfortable there is some casualness about the sales people here that I dont see often they are welcoming and really want to help you find and get the car you want, Over all I am very happy with my experience at Discover Hyundai and very happy with my purchase of a 2011 Hyundai Tucson. Syed Zaidi, who proved to be extremely knowledgeable about the car that I wanted to buy. I was at the dealership 45 minutes before they opened, and he was the first one to walk out on the lot and meet me. I was very impressed by his professionalism and how accommodating he was. This leads me to the next individual who contributed to the overall “why” I was so impressed by Discover Hyundai: Sales Manager, Bob Paulson. His sincerity in clearly explaining the sales process gave me great confidence that I was making the right decision in purchasing this car from Discover Hyundai. I had previously visited several other dealerships, without a specific car (or brand) in mind, and in each case, was frustrated and disappointed by these experiences. What a dramatic and refreshing change Discover Hyundai was! Bob’s character and honesty were clearly evident from the moment I sat down with him. Also key to my positive opinion of this dealership was the F&I Director, Brad Johnson, who diligently worked to come up with a financial package I felt comfortable with. He was very patient, and I never felt pressured to buy something I didn’t want or need. I found him to be of extremely high character and ethics. This was an overall great experience! More

I am, of course, very delighted to have had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Ric Anderson and Mr. John Lloyds during my recent car search for a 2011 Hyundai Elantra. John professional and courteous attitude, expert knowledge, and patience in handling my specific issues were very important to my complete customer satisfaction. This is one less concern for me and I am deeply appreciative of their assistance and support. I feel like Mr. John Lloyd treated my affairs with the utmost importance. In the past, I felt that car dealerships service providers were not sensitive to my needs and provided the quickest and most convenient solution to my problems from their perspective. They were both very personable, non pressuring and accommodating with all my questions, concerns and requests. I knew at that moment that this was the dealership I wanted to give my business to. The car I wanted to purchase was not on their lot so after them searching around town they had my car personally delivered to their dealership, while I waited. I really want to express that while I waited for my car to arrive, they gave this same welcoming to every customer that came through their doors, whether purchasing or not! They even drove me to my home so I could pick my car up that I was going to trade in. I was introduced, and I thank Kellie McClure in Customer Relations, Tim Hodder in Service and worked with Jeff Jerde in financing. I also worked with Ric Anderson and Bradley Johnson, whom I can't thank enough for their time and efforts also. Mike, Bob and the entire family at Discover Hyundai made it a very comfortable process to buy my car. I considered many brands, Cadillac, Tesla, Toyota, Volvo, Volkswagen, Buick, to name just a few. At the end of the day, it was Michael's attention to detail and reassurance that Hyundai was in fact the car for me to buy. As many Americans, the process of credit approval can be overwhelming, but he helped me work through the process until my lease was complete. His air of confidence, product knowledge and patience with my comfort level of buying a new car are the factors that convinced me to buy a new car. I am grateful for his help and my new car. The Hyundai brand is excellent for certain. But I buy from an honest salesperson first. Brand comes second. Thank you Michael! More
I owned a Hyundai Santa Fe for 8 years and absolutely LOVED everything about it. I sold the Santa fe because I needed something with less miles on it, so recently purchased a used SUV from a different ma LOVED everything about it. I sold the Santa fe because I needed something with less miles on it, so recently purchased a used SUV from a different manufacturer, for various reasons that suited my current situation. I miss the Santa Fe so I wanted to see if a used Santa Fe might be available that I could trade into. I went to see Michael and he spent a nice amount of time looking for something for me. I test drove a new Santa Fe and did enjoy that, but am not in a position to buy a new one. Michael was very considerate, applied no pressure (which all too many sales people will do when you go into a car salesroom.) He offered to call me if he came up with anything that might fit what I wanted, and he did follow up with a phone call, but again, was not pushy and persistent with further calls. I told him that I would call him if I wanted him to keep looking. Thank you, Michael, for your professionalism, and consideration. I will definitely consider going back to Michael Smith at Discover Hyundai in the future when I am in the market for another Santa Fe. More
After reading various consumer reports, my husband and I decided to either lease or purchase a Hyundai Genesis Sedan. We live in Prescott and began our search with our local dealer as well as other dealers decided to either lease or purchase a Hyundai Genesis Sedan. We live in Prescott and began our search with our local dealer as well as other dealers in Flagstaff and Phoenix. Mr. Joe Palmesano from Discover Hyundai in Flagstaff was extremely helpful in locating just the right vehicle for me. Unfortunately, it was in California with more miles than I wanted on it. We then proceeded to look at my second and third choices at his dealership in Scottsdale. My husband and I decided to take one of the models for a drive and we informed Scott Sirls and John Lloyd that we would be dropping in on January 13th in the afternoon. John had the car ready for us as well as the lease paperwork. While waiting to meet with Brad, the finance director, we met with Kelly who gave us a thorough training on the car and all of its features. Since the car came with the complete tech package, this took some time. Through it all, Kelly was very patient and answered all of our questions. We are now the proud owners of a fully-equipped Hyundai Genesis that drives like a dream. Everybody at the dealership, including Frank Palmesano, was very friendly and accommodating. More
