I had been to another Hyundai dealership prior to my trip to Discover Hyundai and felt pressure to buy now....when I went into Discover Hyundai it felt like family to me. Ron Schuler was easy to deal with and very personable, he was concerned about my happiness with the Santa Fe. Ron also spoke to my son, who was with me, about how he liked the Santa Fe, I was very impressed. Brad Johnson was great...he handled the financing and all the other documents, it was easier than I even imagined. Brad made sure that I was comfortable with the whole process and made sure I understood what I was paying for. My first Hyundai and I have told my family about the purchase and how easy it was. No pressure, no hassle, professional as far as the sales person is concerned. Did feel a little uncomfortable, however, when it came to the paper work. Was told that the Hyundai warranty was not all that it appeared to be and that I really needed an extra cost warranty program. A price of $1900 was quoted and when we declined, had to sign papers to that effect. Then, later, we were suddenly offered the same warranty for $900, half price, with a remark that they were only making $15. I can only assume that the dealer was perfectly happy to make a profit of $915 if I had accepted the $1900 dollar offer. We did not leave that session with a warm fuzzy feeling! More

We have been going to this location for service since we purchased a Saturn there in 2001 (before it became a Hyundai dealership)and we continue to have that car serviced there. We have always found the service people to be very thorough and candid. When we decided to buy a new car we worked with Ric, who was very professional and helpful and steered us to a demo model which had very low miles and was in still new condition with extra features typically not found on an SE model. He then got us a favorable price as well. Brad made recommendation on the financing side which will save us considerable money in the long run and also facilitated us buying platinum warranty coverage for greater protection on the vehicle when it comes to future costs. These are good people to work with. More
