The only complaint I have is the length of time it took to work with the finance manager and finalize the papers. I knew which car I wanted and had scheduled an appointment for a test drive. My trade-in was quickly analyzed and a fair amount proposed. Michael and I worked up numbers within a half hour and then I had to wait for the actual paper work to be completed. The entire procedure took 5 hours while it really should have only been 3 hours tops. More

Michael was one of the best salemen I have ever dealt with - regardless of what I was looking to buy. I told my best friend I had just bought a new car - knew she was looking to replace her beloved T-Bird - & she replied " I'm thinking of buying a Hyundai,too" She also told me a mutual friend had just bought the Genesis. Told my friend you have to go & see Michael. Today, Jan7th, she purchased a 2011 Elantra!! We are in agreement Michael Smith is the best & will tell EVERYONE he's the " go to" guy for a new car. We stopped into the dealership about 6 months ago and were impressed with the service and attitude of everyone, especially Brad. We were ready to buy now so we returned. We also felt that it was a no pressure environment and they wanted to make sure we got a deal and a car that would work for us.
