I don't even know how to thank Discover Hyundai on Hayden Road in Scottsdale for making this car buying process such a seamless experience! First of all, it probably wasn't a good idea to go car shopping on Road in Scottsdale for making this car buying process such a seamless experience! First of all, it probably wasn't a good idea to go car shopping on my first wedding anniversary and on a very hot day! I had gone to quite a few different Hyundai dealerships that had played so many games. By the time I got to Discover, I had had it with all dealerships. It was also cutting close to the time that I needed to leave as I had dinner reservations with my husband. When I got to Discover, I was greeted by very pleasant people who showed me where the sales manager, Ric Anderson, was. I told Ric that I had no time to waste showed him the best quote I had received from all of the dealerships. We looked at the car I wanted. Then, he simply said to me, "Let me see what I can do." He spoke to the dealership manager, came back with a better price, and I was sold. Next, he asked me if I needed financing. I told him that I had my own financing, which was already at a very low rate. Ric said to me again, "Let's see what we can do." He introduced me to the finance manager, Alex Massente. Alex was able to get me an even better rate than what I had. I was pleasantly surprised! Once it was time to sign the paperwork, Alex went over my options and over a few different payment plans to come to a term that worked for me. They got me in and out of the dealership quickly, and I made it to my 1st Anniversary dinner right on time! We even drove our new car to the restaurant. Thank you Discover Hyundai for turning a day that was increasingly stressful into a day that I could enjoy! More

Not knowing alot about cars I have always feared being taken advantage of by car repair shops. However, with Tim I know he is only fixing what needs to be done on my Car. He always takes the time to explain things to me and never leaves me feeling lost. Now my family and I bring all of our 3 cars to Tim!
