Why did I NOT buy my Sonata here?? Their service is AMAZING! I stumbled upon them when Hyundai roadside assistance towed my car there by mistake. Yesterday I noticed my right tail light was hanging AMAZING! I stumbled upon them when Hyundai roadside assistance towed my car there by mistake. Yesterday I noticed my right tail light was hanging off, so I brought my car in to Earnhardt since they are near my office. They checked BOTH tail lights and found the same problem on the left as well, and replaced that one too. The contrast in service here vs Chapman Bell Road where I bought the car is night and day! My car did not start 3DAYS AFTER 15K SERVICE at Chapman Bell Road. Clearly they did not check the battery, since it died a few days later. This would never happen at Earnhardt since they took the time to they do a full under the hood inspection AT NO COST! The waiting area is lovely, there is a PC with internet available, comfortable seating, and an airy and open feel to the place, along with popcorn, bottled water, and healthy snacks along with treats. We purchased a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe. They really made us feel at ease and answered allof our questions and we negotiated a price that we think was a win win for everyone.
