The final step of my experience regarding my purchase was great and I love the car but it took 2 days for me to decide whether I wanted to finalize the deal since the car was promised but not ready for me af great and I love the car but it took 2 days for me to decide whether I wanted to finalize the deal since the car was promised but not ready for me after four hours hanging out in the showroom, there was a chip on the front bumper when I picked up the car the next day which is scheduled to be fixed next week, and all 4 tires were so low that the low pressure signal lit up the next day and I had to have them filled at a local tire dealer. I sent out a request for quote to a number of Hyundai dealers in the Valley. Sean P. answered my quote very quickly and that was followed up by Carl P. and Jim T. Their quote was not the lowest and I had had a previous unpleasant experience with another Earnhardt store so it took a bit of self encouragement to make the trip up to Scottsdale to see what they had to offer. Not to worry. I don't think any dealership I've ever visited is as positive and pleasant as this one. They took me through the initial quote and then offered me an alternative, actually two. I was on my way to accept one of those when, in the course of shooting the bull with Carl, he suggested I look at a Genesis R-Spec. I had not considered this car because of its price but an hour or so of crunching the numbers and it was looking good. I took an evening to think about it some more and get the wife's approval then came back the next day and did the deal. The service was first rate and their price was very reasonable. If you've bought a new car recently you know it takes a bit of time to do all the paperwork and that is doubled with a trade-in but they put everything together in just a couple of hours, Carl walked me through all the high-tech equipment on the car and I was out the door, a happy camper. The car sells itself (at least it did to me) but what cinched the deal was the sales and finance staff. They made sure I understand all the numbers (going over it several times) and never walked away until everything was covered. The car was delivered in first-class condition and although I've only driven it 50 miles so far it is exactly what was promised. I would definitely recommend doing business with these people. They have a great product and back it up with professional sales and service. I'll be a repeat customer. More
Mike Smith was great. He was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. For me it was far from the typical dealer push and pressure. I was unsure as to which vehicle really fit my needs and price point. Mike professionally explained all relevant options and features. We then went on a test drive and I ultimately became convinced that the 2013 Santa Fe was the vehicle that perfectly fit my needs. I have driven the vehicle for a week now and am totally convinced that Mike helped me make the right choice. The negotiations also went more smoothly than my past experiences. The rest of the staff at Earnhardt was also great to deal with but try to find Mike Smith...you will not be sorry. More

I got introduced to Tristan by Bob (which was absolutely nice as well), and since that moment he was very polite and attentive. Was a pleasure to make business with him since in any moment made me feel pressured, on the contrary, he ask me about how much I feel comfortable with (for down payment) and he stressed the importance that I should feel comfortable whit what I can afford without being stressed out or have problems with my budget in the future, and that he would do his best to work around that… and he did! I am supper happy with my car and I have no doubt that I will be coming back to the same dealership and buy my next car from Tristan again! Great Job! Eneida More

Sean was great. He gave me a lift to the dealership. I was going to get a car that was a couple of years old. I looked at a few different cars. He thought that I would be much happier with the Elantra. Th was going to get a car that was a couple of years old. I looked at a few different cars. He thought that I would be much happier with the Elantra. That is the car I did end up getting, but I did get a 2013. I am extremely happy with my purchase.I was there for a while, just because they were busy, so Sean was the one that finished everything. He explained the car, and the options to me. He made sure that he answered all of my questions. Both Sean,and Michael were great. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. They also told me to call them anytime with any questions I may have in the future. The finance department was great too. They all do their best to make you comfortable while you are there. More
I was lead to Earnhardt from Cars.com and my search for the Hyundai Genesis. I answered Carl Pickett's email since he was the only sales person to email me more than once; I liked his attentiveness. I met the Hyundai Genesis. I answered Carl Pickett's email since he was the only sales person to email me more than once; I liked his attentiveness. I met Carl and immediately could tell he was genuine and staight forward and not pushy at all. We had a great test drive of the Genesis 5.0 in the perfect color and interior. I was trading in a 2010 Lexus LS460L AWD and was offered a very realistic trade-in for Lexus. I told Carl I would think about it and let him know. I decided the fully loaded Genesis 3.8L would be much better on gas and provide me with all the benefits and extras in the Lexus. Unfortunately, Earnhardt was sold out of the 3.8L fully loaded. I visited other dealerships that had the vehicle I was looking for but didn't appreciate the used car salesman tactics they employed to induce me to buy. Furthermore, the trade offers were down right insulting. Carl called me back and told me he had received a fully loaded 3.8L. I looked at it and asked if there was a way to trade it for another vehicle color and interior I liked better. Carl sprung into action and made the switch and offered an even better trade value. I told Carl I'd meet him the next morning to seal the deal. This is how Sean Peiper was involved. Carl became sick, so his partner Sean Peiper filled in and handled everything as if it was HIS deal! Great guys. Check out this dealership; very one I worked with was excellent. I am forgetting the finance gentleman's name, but he was efficient and cordial. By the way, this vehicle is definitely one to put on the list of cars to consider; it drives beautifully and doesn't leave me wanting for the Lexus. I could have traded for a different Lexus, but wasn't interested in doing so. More
