My wife and I had narrowed our search for a vehicle down to two. A Honda Civic, as we have an Accord and really like it, and the Elantra, as my son has one and really likes it. Will it be big enough to suite our needs, etc. etc.. He was very polite and we joked about our 53 years of marrige, as he is thinking of marriage soon. When we saw the Elantra limited, we both exclaimed, Wow! what a snazzy looking car. James took the time to go over all the ins and outs of the car. As we started getting into the nitty gritty of purchasing, Bob, the sales manager came over and we did what everyone does, bantered back and forth over the price, until we reached a satisfied price and purchased our Elantra. I was looking for a used vehicle for my daughter. I had been looking at other dealerships, used car brokers and private individuals. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Tristan Crook. While I expected a sales representative that would pressure me into looking at a new vehicle Tristan was very customer service oriented and quality asked me what my needs were. I explained what I was looking for and immediately Tristan explained what the dealership had and how the selections matched my expressed needs. Tristan efficiently brought the used cars to me to view and test drive. Upon finding a used car that I was pleased with I asked my Wife and daughter to stop by and view the vehicle. Tristan was very professional when my wife and daughter arrived and explained the features of the used car. Upon agreement that this was the car for us Tristan led us through the administrative process which was very expeditious. I was very pleased with the overall experience and dealing with Tristan. Nathaniel did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. I did not like the back/forth with the manager - if the manager thought I was being unreasonable or was not willing to negotiate with me, he s with. I did not like the back/forth with the manager - if the manager thought I was being unreasonable or was not willing to negotiate with me, he should have come out from the back and not send Nathaniel back and forth. I was asked to stay the first night to sign all the papers to make picking up the car much faster. For pick up day, I said I would be in at 4pm. I even called to say I was running late and would be there closer to 4:45-5. That is the time I arrived but I had to wait for Ian to simply take my check, hand it to the cashier so I could get a receipt which took until almost 7pm. This was unacceptable! Nathaniel did a great job of using this time to show me more feature/functionality on the car and get the defense system set up. We had trouble getting the defense website set up for my car but Nathaniel used his contacts to make this happen. He is a nice young man and should do well as a car salesman - he's a real people person. More
