I had heard from a friend that recently leased from Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale that she had a good experience and I decided to give them a try. John Cowan contacted me immediately via both phone and email and included details on some of the vehicles they had available that met our criteria. I set up an appointment with him the following morning and we were able to decide on a car and conclude the transaction. When I first spoke with John he told me his mission was to make buying our new car as simple a process as possible while making it a comfortable and friendly experience. John completed his mission. I went into Earnhardt Hyundai yesterday to look at cars and Immediately fell in love with the 2013 Veloster. I wasn't even on the lot for 5 minutes and had Mike out there showing me all of the different mo and Immediately fell in love with the 2013 Veloster. I wasn't even on the lot for 5 minutes and had Mike out there showing me all of the different models, told him I was in love with the car and had me set for a test drive faster then I thought was possible. He was extremely friendly and gave me every little detail on the car and answered all of my questions without having to think about it. While I was on the test drive the sales guys were crunching there numbers and considering my age and the car being my first major financial purchase, and being my first car they were able to give me a great deal! Overall I was thrilled with my experience over there yesterday, these are great guys, especially Mike Smith. I am definitely going to suggest to my friends that are looking at cars to hit this dealership up! More

Friendly;Service oriented. knows the vehicles in great detail. We always bought Lexus, Rover, Jag in the past and this is the first chance we've given to Hyundai - looked at the Equus. Can definitely recommend this dealership due to a good service vs. sales attitude. Call ahead and make an appointment with a person to avoid any semblence of being ambushed as you arrive on the lot. Also we like supporting the Earnhardt family and small business in our local community. Hyundai is producing a good product with value pricing right now....especially impressed with the amazing warranty and the valet service, which surpasses Lexus, Rover and Jag in spades now. Glad we gave Hyundai a chance. More

Hi, I have often thought that the more you spend on a car the better the treatment the buyer receives. Boy, was I wrong. I know that I bought the least expensive car that Hyundai makes. The way that Mike Smith treated me, I felt that I was buying a Rolls Royce. Although it's obvious that the commission on an Accent is minimal, he treated me with patience, respect and honesty. The whole time he spent with me, he was wearing a smile reassuring me that this is my time and no one else's. I truly felt that I was his only customer that day. I cannot begin to tell you what that experience alone has meant to me, and still does. It is obvious that he is a great salesman, but his integrity, honesty and caring demonstrates that he is just as wonderful a human being as he is a salesman. I found the car I wanted online through the USAA car buying service. I contacted the dealership and spoke to Mario Petti. Mario gave me the details of the vehicle. I told him I would fly in from Sant buying service. I contacted the dealership and spoke to Mario Petti. Mario gave me the details of the vehicle. I told him I would fly in from Santa Fe within 24 hours. He agreed to hold the car for me with a deposit on my credit card. He took the car off the lot and reserved it until I cold get there. He gave me his cell phone number and said to call him when I knew my flight times. He followed up and offered to pick me up at the airport. When I arrived at the dealership he was waiting at the entrance to the showroom. We checked out the car, took a test drive, and he explained and demonstrated all the features of the vehicle. We went back to the dealership to fill out the papers. Mario was very friendly and straightforward in our discussion. He ran all the paperwork efficiently, and reviewed everything with me. Mario was very personable, and we talked about the old neighborhoods in New Jersey. I was preapproved for a USAA loan, and I told him I'd like to know what the dealership could do on interest rates, and also extended warranty. Mario introduced me to Ian Parker, and Ian explained all the options for financing and extended warranties. He was very thorough and explained everything very well. I got a great deal on the car, a great deal on the financing (better than my pre-approved loan), and the extended warranty. Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable and helpful. Mario followed up the next day while I was driving the car back to Santa Fe. Mario and Ian were very professional and personable. This is the only vehicle I have purchased in the last 15 years, and I have to say it was a very pleasant experience working wit Mario and Ian. Jim C. - Santa Fe More
