I am disappointed that there is not a rating higher than a 5 on this scale, because Mike Smith deserves an "11" and Ian in the finance dept. is a close second! I was blown away by the Santa Fe comfort, the options on the car that are STANDARD EQUIPMENT, not to mention the warranty is off the chart!!
