As a surprise on Dec 31 2012 my husband bought me a Hyundai Genesis Coup. The 3.8 Trac Package. He Loved Loved Loved the car. However, as for me, I really didn't. After so many years of driving trucks Hyundai Genesis Coup. The 3.8 Trac Package. He Loved Loved Loved the car. However, as for me, I really didn't. After so many years of driving trucks and SUV's. (Our other current is a F350 raised) the Hyundai Genesis was just too small and low to the ground. The car itself was awesome - just not for me. So on April 5th we took it back to the dealership and they worked us a great deal to switch cars. Yes, obviously we lost a little money in the deal and our payment did go up a few dollars. But my car insurance dropped a great deal so we're still to the good and I love my new Santa Fe Sport! It's beautiful and more my speed! The salemen and Finance worked way past quitin' time to close the deal. They wanted to make sure I was happy with the outcome and I am extremely happy. I can't thank them enough! More

Bill Johnson was friendly. I started via email I asked for a price on a Hyundia Elantra GLX He gave me the price of the lowest model at $17222.00 a stick shift for my 75 year old mother. I asked again via for a price on a Hyundia Elantra GLX He gave me the price of the lowest model at $17222.00 a stick shift for my 75 year old mother. I asked again via email and did not get a price. So we went in. We informed Bill we did not want to finance due to we have the cash and we have a $7000 a month Alzheimer's home bill to pay for my Dad. To get the $750 rebate you have to finance. Bill said we can just make one payment and then pay it off. He gave us a price on the trade in of $9800.00 2001 Mercedes S450. The trade in was really $8500 he just added the tax savings. I just thought that was a little sneaky. Just tell me what you will give me for the car.Overall Bill was patient and kind but I didn't have total trust. Frank was another story. First of all we waited for ever the paper work he had on his computer was wrong so he changed it. Then he started trying to talk us into all the extended warranties. We said no thank you more than once and told him also about the $7000 a month bill we have. We will take our chances that we are buying a decent car with a decent warranty. I told him if it falls apart I will sell it and buy a Honda. No Thank you. His attitude just made us feel bad and angry. I think he was mad at us?? I wanted to walk out. He then told us we have to make 3 payments. Bill acted like he didn't know that which I'm sure he did. My Mom has never made a payment in her life so I was trying to keep this simple. She has a lot of stress in her life and heart problems. He didn't care and still tried again. We left so mad. I would never want another older person be subjected to Frank. I cannot recommend this dealership. I have bought 15 new cars(High end) and never had a unhappy experience like this. I don't even want to bring it there for service. More
We have two homes, one in Park City Utah and one in Scottsdale Arizona. While still in Utah we wanted to replace our current car in Scottsdale and have the new car ready and in place to pickup on our Scottsdale Arizona. Bill made the process seemless over the phone including picking up our old car at a airport parking garage and finding the new car we wanted and having it brought in from out of state. Bill even picked me up at the airport in person and took me to dealership to take delivery of our new Hyundai Sonata! More
