What can I say, but what a FLIPP'N awesome experience. Sean was more than accommodating. All first contact was done via online. Sean treated me with the up most respect from the get go. He handled every inquiry like I was there face to face. At first I was concerned that I would be tossed to the waist side since I had never stepped foot into the dealership. Not Sean, he treated my interest the same if not better than if our first contact was in person. Sean is truely a great front man for Earnhardt Hyundai of North Scottsdale. Jimmy (aka Terry-LOL!) is a great leader that had Sean's back in every step of the process to make sure that my interests and needs were met. I have much respect for Jimmy, he did not fall to the waist side when an important detail was over looked when processing my purchase. Instead he stepped up to the plate like a true leader, shoock my hand and not only admitted to the oversight, but went the extra mile and personally made sure that red carpet treatment was rolled out for me. This is when I had the great pleasure of meeting Ian. This man rocks without a doubt. He is the KING of finance. Not only did I get into the vehicle I wanted, but he made it happen so I could get into the model with the options that I thought I could only wish of having AND, to top it off, a single digit interest rate. Finally: a great experience buying a new car! I have always loved driving home in a new vehicle but dreaded the process required to get it off the lot. That changed on May 11, 2013 when I brought my new Azera to it's new home! Sean Pieper worked with me via email to establish a (great) price. Tristan Crook took me for a drive and worked the deal. When I told him I wanted a color they didn't have in stock, he found it off site, had it delivered and detailed and I was on my way. And Jim Tonelli never said no when Tristan had to hunt him down. A great deal kept getting a little better. There was no up selling. They quoted a good price and actually ended up lowering it despite the effort required to find the car. Ian Parker explained all of the forms he asked me to sign and when it was time to write the check, all the numbers added up. They even treated me to a burrito for lunch. I finally felt comfortable with the car buying ordeal. I'm very happy I found Earnhardt Hyundai of North Scottsdale. You will be too. More

I was not sure that I wanted a Hyundai when I visited the dealership because I had a few others on my list that I thought I would prefer but it did not take long for me to realize that I was in the right pla dealership because I had a few others on my list that I thought I would prefer but it did not take long for me to realize that I was in the right place. I met James and he showed me a few cars after asking me a few questions so he could understand my needs. I could go on and on about the experience but long story short James treated me very well and I loved the Tucson. I did not buy the first day I was there because I wanted to think about it and James did not do that high pressure stuff that most dealers do. He was patient with me and made me feel comfortable with my decisions. I bought the car the following day. After the purchase James has followed up with me and assisted me with follow up questions I had. Great experience! More

We needed to buy a new car in the future. We were contacted by Carl Pickett of Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale by email. He is a very honest man and hard working internet sale manager. We were able to negotiate the price through email. He would say to you if he could do the price up front and he worked hard with his director to get a good deal for me. Even though the deal ended on April 30 with a good Hyundai rebates he went further to help us to get the same deal a week later since we told him we could only come by on weekends. Upon arrival on a week later, we met Carl and the car we agreed on was clean up ready to go. He was very friendly and allowed us to do a test drive by ourselves. And he was consistent on what he said in the email and the car we test drove. He never tricks us from the beginning to the end. He explained everything on the car very detail and patiently. He showed us how to use all features in the car. He is a real professional sale guy I have ever seen during the process because he listen to you and understand your concerns even though that day he was busy with three drive-to-home-customers. Carl attitude is that "customer is always right and he will try to do the best for you". I would strongly recommend Carl at Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale. Finance guy Frank Pena was also a nice guy for explaining financing options. Also, thanks to Mike Smith for friendly greeting us and finding Carl for us. Finally, Carl is the man. More
I have never had a better experience on a car lot as I did at Earnhardt Hyundai. Although I didn't know it at the time, the car I bought was the same one I had test drove. During the test drive I told the salesperson (Mario) that car pulled to the right and that he should have i bought was the same one I had test drove. Obviously, it wasn't checked out because when I was driving car home after purchasing the vehicle, it was still pulling to the right. Had appointment to close transaction (cash purchase) but I sat for over 2 hours waiting to see someone from finance.. . When signing documents the sheet reflecting mileage on car indicated 16 miles. It actually had 200 miles driven. Nathaniel was my contact person at dealership and was very professional and did a great job. Azera is a great car and I'm very happy with it. Price is a bargain for the quality of the car. More
