A dealership’s reputation is manifested by the actions of its employees and Earnhardt Hyundai has “earned” my trust. Sean Pieper is an embodiment to the principles that I hold dear to life. First and foremost is honesty, the foundation for trust. Sean answered all questions directly, he never tried to withhold information or schmooze you into believing data that would end up as a surprise on closing the deal. No salesman can be expected to know everything. But when Sean did not know an answer, he readily admitted it and offered the effort to find out. Sean is responsive; he quickly gets back with you to ensure you are satisfied of your understanding of the transaction. Sean is thorough; he walks through all the features of the purchased vehicle to ensure a pleasant ride home. You are never given the “bum’s rush” after your purchase. Overall, my trip to Earnhardt Hyundai was a fully enjoyable experience. If you dread the hassles of dealing with car salesman, visit Sean Pieper. He’s an honest, dedicated salesman that will broker a fair deal and won’t take you for a ride - unless, of course, you ask for one. More

Both he and Ian Parker, the finance manager, worked very hard to get me the best possible deal on the car that I wanted. Both were great to deal with, I could not fault them. Three weeks later and I am very happy with my purchase. Love the car. Overall my experience with Earnhardt Hyundai was great. This is a highly professional set-up and I have no hesitation recommending them. I would definitely return to them for my next car. More

This is the first time I have bought a car on my own with out the help of my husband or one of his friends that work in the car industry. My Honda/Ridgeline was close to the end of its warranty and I was just shopping for options, din't know if I was going to keep my honda or not. After test driving some of the new Accords I feel in love with all the features, comfort, quite drive and the extra ginger bread. I have a friend who bought the Elantra and she told me to check them out befor making my decision. That is how I met Sean, the internet manager. I decided to come to North Scottsdale Hyundai to take one for a test drive . Upon arriving I was greated by Tristan, we took the Elantra for a test drive I wasn't all that impressed, it felt more like the honda accord coupe, small and I could hear the road. Tristan said if you were to compare apples to apples you really need to see our Sonata, that is more comparable to the Accord/ sedan. We looked at some the the simular features and colors. I was running out of time and had to go. Tristan followed up with me the next morning and said that he found the color I liked and he would drive it down to my office for me to see, I loved it!! Tristan said he would start working out the deal for me and I could have a new car to drive to Vegas to visit my sick father in the hospital. I wasn't looking forward to my trip as these are some of my father's last days, but driving a new car sure helped bring my spirits up. I was given a remarkable deal on my Sonata along with an awesome extended warranty and everyone involved with the transaction was very courteous of my time and situation. I'm looking forward to bring my Sonata back for future oil changes and maintence because I know the red carpet will be rolled out for me along with all the other customers that walk in the door at Hyundai North Scottsdale. I recently bought a Hyunda Sonata Hybrid. I am very happy with the car and it's features. Usually I don't look forward to the "car buying" experience because there is always a sales person breathing d happy with the car and it's features. When I arrived to the dealership I was greeted by one of the sales team, James Orosco. He showed me several cars and I drove a couple of them. James Orosco is friendly but not over bearing at all and I didn't feel pressured to buy a car. Because I was just staring my search; I didn't buy a car that day but knew that I had found the dealership. I just wanted to make sure so I thanked James and told him I would most probably be coming back. I continued looking at cars in the area and then went home to think about it. Two days later I came back and bought the Sonata. I am so happy with the car and had such a good experience with James. He is the best Sales Associate I have ever encountered. I look forward to a life long relationship with Hyundai. They have come a long way and I'm impressed! More

James was very helpful in the purchase and sales process of the car. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my car. We had to get the exact car I wanted from another dealership and they dr of the car. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my car. I worked with Sean and James in getting the purchase of this car completed. Sean started with an inquiry by me on the internet re a Tucson. In his followup to me regarding that interest, I had already dr this car completed. Sean started with an inquiry by me on the internet re a Tucson. In his followup to me regarding that interest, I had already driven that particular car at another Hyundai dealer. I did not like it. I told that to the salesperson who was helping me, but it went no where. When I mentioned to Sean that I was no longer interested in a Tucson, he suggested the Santa Fe Sport as an alternative. How dumb of that other salesperson not to have mentioned the same. She blew the sale for her dealership. I made arrangements to come in to test drive one. Sean was off that day - but James was expecting me and was already to go. It was seamless. Negotiations started with Art -- lots of e-mails back and forth negotiating a price, with James constantly keeping in touch. We came to a quasi agreement and I made plans to come back to the dealership. James and Art were off - Sean and his boss were on (Can't think of his mgr's name). I came hoping to negotiate the leather package. Art had offered it to me for $40 a month for 72 mos.............which comes to 2880 - almost the exact price of that option. I had hope to negotiate it down a little. Sean's mgr. wanted $3220 for it and would not budge. I cannot tell you how close I came to walking out and going elsewhere. There are lots of Hyundai dealers in Phoenix and surrounding towns. Obvious to me, he saw a woman, an older woman at that, and he was going to make some extra bucks on me. And him telling me how much he respected his grandmother did not help. I am not his grandmother! Other than that, everyone else was great, including Sean and the Finance guy - whose name I also cannot remember. I would recommend this dealership and I would certainly do business with you again.
